What is BAC?
BAC stands for blood alcohol content or blood alcohol concentration. When a person has a BAC at or above 0.08% they can be charged with driving under the influence. If a person is under the age of 21, they can be arrested for underage DUI with a BAC as low at 0.02% (which is typically equal to just 1 small drink).

A felony DUI can be charged for a 4th DUI offense and for a DUI accident that involves injuries or death. It can also be charged if the DUI is aggravated due to the presence of children.
